Sending, receiving and smart chat conversations

Connector requirements
License & Services
A SmartDialog account license and message services are required for integration: 1-way or 2-way depending on whether the need is only to send or also receive messages.

Numbers & connections
To receive messages, you need either a short number, a virtual longcode number. For WhatsApp messaging, a WhatsApp Business account, identity and a number.
