Connect SmartDialog messaging to your cloud services

SmartDialog is a new generation service platform (SaaS) that enables intelligent instant 1- and 2-way messaging worldwide.
 
Integrate SmartDialog’s messaging services with our connectors to cloud services, such as Microsoft Power Platform, MS Dynamics, Office 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Liana Cloud, Atex Kayak.
 
With Zapier integration, you can also connect SmartDialog messaging interfaces to other cloud software you use, for example Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Zoho CRM or to Pipedrive.
 
The integration allows you to send and receive SMS and WhatsApp messages directly from the cloud software, as well as manage contacts and contact groups between SmartDialog and the cloud software.

Integration features

Maintaining contacts and managing groups

SmartDialog integration interfaces allow you to dynamically maintain customer contact data.

You can manage and synchronize contacts and contact groups (2-way) between SmartDialog and cloud software. For example, joining and leaving donation groups of charitable organizations can be imported into the cloud software automatically.

Sending, receiving and smart chat conversations

With SmartDialog integrations, you can use SMS and WhatsApp messages in global customer communication and stakeholder communication.

With SmartDialog’s modern gateway interfaces, you can send and receive one-way and two-way SMS and WhatsApp messages directly from the cloud software, and create chat conversations via SMS and instant messaging channels.

 

Attach codes or payments and check statistics

With the help of SmartDialog integration interfaces, you can include access codes or payment services to the messaging. For example, in regularly recurring text message invoicing, the integration enables up-to-date monitoring of payments.

SmartDialog provides accurate and comprehensive message traffic statistics.

 Connector requirements

License & Services

A SmartDialog account license and message services are required for integration: 1-way or 2-way depending on whether the need is only to send or also receive messages.

Numbers & connections

To receive messages, you need either a short number, a virtual longcode number. For WhatsApp messaging, a WhatsApp Business account, identity and a number.
