Our 2-way messaging service is a versatile, secure, and affordable messaging solution for sending and receiving SMS messages and WhatsApp messages in Finland and globally. With it, you get a quick answer from your customer to a question about, for example, an appointment, an opinion poll or an order.

2-way messaging service is one of the services included in SmartDialog. All services are managed through the same, easy-to-use user interface. You can choose one service or combine the ones them you need.
2-way messaging functionality
To send and receive messages, you can use the versatile and well-documented API interface, or you can send and receive messages manually via the web user interface. Messages and data content can be received from several different channels (SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Webhook) to the same service.
SMS features
- Sending and receiving text messages in Finland and abroad
- Selecting sender (short number or long code number, in 1-way also Alphanumeric)
- Reception of messages possible through several different channels for the same service
- Monitoring of message volume statistics (MT/MO)
- Message log export (csv) and delivery receipt (DLR) tracking

- Creating WhatsApp message templates and using them in sending messages
- Attaching files such as images, audio, videos to WhatsApp message templates
- Checking the Opt-in permits issued by the recipients
- Fallback delivery of WhatsApp messages: possible to replace WhatsApp sending via SMS
Chat features
- Enterprise customers have the opportunity to create smart conversation dialogues in their own system
- Chat maintenance: Sending, receiving and responding to received messages with simultaneous chat threads
