1-way messaging service is one of the services included in SmartDialog. All services are managed through the same, easy-to-use user interface. You can choose one service or combine the ones you need.
1-way messaging functionality
You can send messages using the well-documented API interface, or alternatively, send messages manually via the web management interface.
SMS features
- Sending text messages to Finland and globally abroad
- Selecting sender information (short number or long code number)
- Alphanumeric sender instead of a number (e.g. COMPANY)
- Scheduling messages for desired days and times

- Forwarding WhatsApp messages from the company to the end user

- Attaching files such as images, audio, videos to WhatsApp templates and message sending
